This performance was created by connecting multiple hairdryers to a theatrical lighting board. Using the lighting dimmer system I was able to individually control each hairdryer’s speed and sound. Throughout the performance a recorded composition comprised of voice and hairdryer was played while I performed a live vocal improvisation.
